Portrait Project: Mia painting

Some projects you plan and plan while others you never even see coming. My biggest take away from this project was just being ready and willing to go in and tell the story before you.I never thought about capturing a piece of my sister's college experience, but I did and I loved it! A fun twist on portraiture called an environmental portrait to include her artistic side of her college experience. Mia is so very talented and it was so much fun to spend this time with her.This week not only marks my sister finishing her first year of college but also we get to celebrate my brother graduating from Bethany Lutheran College.
